This was something that just happened and I found it really funny. The original post is basically saying that liberal feminists always just insult and never debate. So I tried to debate and when they didn’t agree with my opinion on the subject I got insulted and blocked. Too funny if you ask me but pretty typical when discussing issues like this on the internet. There usually is no debate. It’s just “my way or you’re an idiot so fuck off”. Especially when it is with the typically non science minded less educated right wing religious extremists who claim to want small Government. But they only want small Government for big businesses so that big businesses have less regulations so slave labor and pollution will be prominent just like in China. But they have no problem regulating your life through their bible and forcing you to live the way they want you to. They have no problem regulating your childs education and teaching your kids in science class that dinosaurs were on Noah’s Ark and that evolution is a myth. They have no problem regulating your life by imposing their morals onto you in a totalitarian fashion because hey, they’re just doing God’s work and saving you from burning in Hell. That is right wing politics in a nutshell. Enjoy.
I support #YesAllWomen. I’ve been Tweeting in support of it for a good 2-3 days now. However some of the stuff being talked about goes both ways and I think there’s a lot of people who just don’t know that.
This was a tweet a woman sent out and it is a legit problem for women: “Because I’m asked “What are you a lesbian?” When I say “No.” #YesAllWomen”
But that’s also happened to me. I was into this girl big time and I didn’t want to sleep with her too soon to make sure it was more than just about sex so because I didn’t sleep with her on the first date she told me I must be gay. As if me, a man, could ever resist the sexual advances of a beautiful woman. I must be a big time faggot.
There is also something to be said about men being expendable and women being protected. Even women who say they want equal rights will scoff at the idea of protecting a man from harm. “A real man wouldn’t need a woman to protect them”, “What are you a pussy having a woman fight your battles”. Are you really a feminist if you want equal rights but aren’t willing to take a bullet for a man but it’s expected that a man should take a bullet for a woman at all costs? That doesn’t sound like equality to me. It just sounds like men are supposed to be disposable heroes.
There’s a huge problem with the gender roles and it’s hardwired into our brains at birth. Whether people like it or not sexism is taught to everyone the moment they take their first breath and reinforced throughout your life by your surroundings. Most parents will treat their baby girl and baby boy completely different. They are pushed into their roles of femininity and masculinity and the expectations of females are lowered to that of men. It starts with parents who expect their daughters to be weaker than men and gets reinforced in school with different requirements for physical testing. It’s expected that a girl will take Home Ec and the boys will take shop. If a guy takes home ec he must be a fag and if a girl takes shop she must be a dyke. It might be a little different now in 2014, or it could even be worse but that’s how I remember it growing up in the 70’s and 80’s.
Gender roles are inherently sexist because they dictate what you can and can’t do based on what is between your legs and other than the act of giving birth I don’t see why there should be gender roles at all. Gender roles impose limits on both men and women and automatically cast men into a protector/perpetrator role and women into the needs protection/victim role. That’s wrong but that’s what this culture perpetuates and propagates. We’re all guilty of it.
We say things are changing because women do in fact have more freedoms and power in todays world but I can’t help but think it looks like women have even less respect because of it. We see all these high powered females in the media who are now lawyers, judges, politicians, police officers, fire(wo)men and so on. Women are everywhere now, in every industry, doing the jobs that used to only be for men. That’s great. Yet we still have beauty pageants, porn stars and reality TV shows where women are paraded around and judged only on their looks and are usually fighting over men. And women love it just as much as men. It isn’t just men who are tuning in to Real Housewives(or whatever) to watch super dumb women fight about super dumb shit. I’d venture to say that shows like that are kept alive by their majority demographic of female viewers. Men aren’t the only ones consuming porn. Where I usually differ on my opinion with other people is that I don’t see those things as inherently bad. I don’t see porn actresses, models, prostitutes, or whatever as setting women back. It’s the preconceptions of those people and imposed individual morals that are setting not just women back but setting all of us back. If a woman wants to be a porn star, a housewife or a scientist why the hell should anyone care if it isn’t harming you. Get down with your bad self with whatever you want to do in life.
That’s when it gets interesting to me though because it’s also women that are buying into it, entering beauty pageants, being sex workers and 100% reinforcing it but then women will only denounce men as terrible people objectifying women and that only men are trying to make laws that govern female reproduction and try to control their bodies. I’m pretty sure no one can slut shame a woman like another woman can. It’s just assumed that it’s men though and that women have each others backs but that is far from the case. Take at look at these lovely ladies:

That’s just two women out of several that are working very hard to deny women their reproductive rights. Obviously some men are fighting against women’s right too but I would love it if everyone stopped blaming men only and started blaming the real culprits, people of both genders. So as I read and support the terrible stories that the #YesAllWomen movement is bringing to light I can’t help but get mad at the same time because half of them have it all wrong. That’s not diminishing the stories. Those are important and need to be heard but if peoples activism ends at the hashtag and no one truly examines the issues in depth then no one learns anything and we have all lost and just go right back where we were. I also get mad knowing that when I am walking down the street and a woman is walking towards me from the other way and I look at her with my head held high and smiling and friendly and warm as I usually am and she is looking straight to the ground with a blank expression that I am being pre-judged and labeled as something I’m not, a perpetrator, an attacker, a rapist. Men are simultaneously expected to be the hero and the villain. This is why it’s important that women learn to protect themselves. Not all men know how to fight. I don’t anyway. I’ve been in like 2 fights my whole life. Yet it is expected for men to fight better than women. Women say they shouldn’t have to learn how to defend themselves and that men should be taught to not hurt women or be taught to respect women. I agree with half of that. Men should be taught those things for sure(all people should be really). Women should also be taught that they can stand up for themselves. Not learning to defend yourself may as well be saying you expect a man to do it for you. We live in a world where crime will always be happening and crime is not always about rape or violence on women. Sometimes crime is just crime and people want something you have. Like money.
I remember the Daniel Defense pro gun ad that was news earlier this year. All men and women talked about were gun issues but no one seemed to care about how it depicted the genders. Men as protectors and women as helpless. They show a man talking about protecting his wife and child with guns. Because you know, he’s a man. That’s what men do. Protect women and children because they’re weak. Women are being taught they’re weak. Men are being taught women are weak. It’s so second nature to most men and women that they don’t even see the cultural sexism through gender roles punching them in the face in their everyday life. Women do need to learn to defend themselves. I am not saying with guns but with anything. Take a self defense class. Learn to fight. The person breaking into your home doesn’t have to be a rapist. They could just be there to steal your shit and you have two choices. Hope someone is there to protect you or learn how to protect yourself. It’s no different for me or anyone. We either learn how to protect ourselves as men and women or we hope someone else is there who can. Personally I’d rather not count on anyone else for anything. But I know I can count on myself.
All in all, sexism and gender roles are interesting to say the least but I think we need to stop looking at ways to fix men or fix women and start looking at ways to change what is being culturally taught to humanity as a whole with how gender roles are. It ain’t good and that ladies and gentlemen, breaks my heart. It’s all very heartbreaking and I’ve only scratched the surface of the depth and scope of cultural sexism, feminism, misogyny and misandry. I didn’t even mention inherently sexist religious patriarchies which do nothing but teach people women are inferior and weak. It teaches both men and women that women are weak and then those men and women turn around and teach other men and women that women are weak. Are you seeing the problem yet? It isn’t just men. It’s all of us. You and me and him and her. There’s no question, we all need to be better. Not just men. Not just women. Men and women, together.

Today’s question is about toys! No not that dildo under your mattress, but real toys like the kids play with! What ones did you have to have when you were growing up? I’m not talking about the ones you kept in the package because you were a collector. I mean the real ones you opened and played with because it was fun and you weren’t an asshole yet who valued money over childhood happiness.

The 2Xl was a toy robot thingy that used 8 track tapes to play trivia games, music, tell jokes, stories, and just stupid fun stuff for kids. it was entertaining and educational. There were several different themes of 8 tracks like General Information or one of my favorites, Superheroes.That’s all I actually remember off the top of my head without going to look up other tapes in the series.

Johnny Depp’s third movie this year will be The Rum Diariy which was shot back in 2009 and is based on the Hunter S. Thompson novel of the same name. Many of you should recall that Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was another Depp film based on a book by Hunter so I expect this to be a wild ride as well. The Rum Diary hits theaters October 28th.

Game of Thrones has cast the part of pirate Salladhor Saan. Lucian Msamati will play the role in the much anticipated 2nd season. Salladhor Saan is a mercenary pirate pledged to the late King Robert’s brother Stannis. Hey bro, my couch from the 70’s called and it wants its upholstery back.
Epic Games announced the final map for the upcoming Gears of War 3, Gridlock. The map has been modified and revamped from the previous two Gears of War games and will feature new weapon spawns, better graphics and will have a darker nigh time setting. Epic also confirmed that Gears 3 will feature a skill based lobby that will allow newer players to compete against people like me who totally suck and have a kill to death ratio of like -5000.
Dreamworks has acquired the rights to turn Karen Marie Moning’s book series into films. There are five books in total and the first one is called Darkfever. and I have never heard of these before. Apparently there’s some vampires and uh other supernatural type stuff and I fully expect it to be just another Twilightesque teen ridden piece of garbage because it’s a young adult book series. Of course anything can happen but who has any sort of faith in Hollywood to make this NOT be another Twilight? Yea, me either.
Great news Nintendo and Sonic fans! Sonic CD is coming once again and this time it will be a re-worked version of the classic game that will include nearly all of the original music from both the European and Japanese versions of the title. Look for it on XBLA, PSN, PC, iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows Phone 7 later this year. Oh wait. There isn’t any Nintendo platform listed there. Why is that? Because as Sega basically said, the Wii is garbage and the WiiWare service doesn’t have the power it takes to handle the soundtrack. And people wonder why I give Nintendo so much crap.

Valve released a trailer for Counter-Strike: Global Offense which they will be showing off that PAX Prime this weekend. Along with the trailer comes news that Valve will be having a Counter-Srike Steam sale that will have six games for a whopping $7.49. Games include Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and Counter-Strike: Source.
If you’re a DLC fan and like to get that extra content right away then the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim might be the one you want to get. Microsoft and Bethesda have an exclusivity deal that will see 360 owners get first dibs on the first 2 DLC drops at least a month before any other platform. Suck it Sony nerds! Smart 360 owners will just wait until it eventually makes its way to the marketplace as a Deal of the Week at 50% off anyway so this doesn’t really even matter to me.
That picture is a fake so don’t go looking for news about an ESPN 360 coming out because it’s not happening. What 360 owners who have XBL Gold can look forward to though is an update to the EPSN3 content which is actually available right now as I type this up. You will have the ability to watch two live sports events at the same time via a split screen in 720p resolutions. That’s pretty cool man. Some other stuff you will get is a new guide that shows off what’s being offered on ESPN3 on the bottom of the screen. College football is just getting started(in the US) and there will be a new scoreboard which allows fans to check out an updated list of the week’s scores from the college scene on the right side of the screen while you watch your favorite game on the left side. You can also tag which future games are coming up and be reminded of them. There’s also a new MySports feature that will let you customize which games and game genres you are interested in seeing on the ESPN3 channel with news and highlights. Finally there’s now ESPN BottomLine, a new feature that offers up breaking news from the sports world. People can say whatever they want about the 360 but the console getting ESPN3 is what prompted me to get rid of the majority of my cable and save $100 a month. On top of ESPN3, MS mentioned more TV content coming to the 360 with this Falls update but no real word on exactly what that will be.
One last bit of news and it’s about PAX and the Xbox 360 this weekend. One very lucky person at PAX will be able to win the console below. Batman Fucking Arkham Asylum, bitches! Again, Suck it PS3 nerds! Warner Bros isn’t saying how you can win the console but apparently Microsoft will be giving away more Batman consoles in the near future. Whatever man, make it a console bundle for the games release and you got at least one sale right here bro. Check the pics out!

The PS3 has more games. It’s also been the lead SKU on multiplatform titles this console gen because developers pick the hardest one to develop for. The 360 controller always needs to be replaced but the PS3 controller works forever. Also, the 360 cost over $1000 at launch if you wanted to play a game. Thank you My IGN for continuing to bring the community the cold hard facts of console gaming with your unbiased comments and unbridled knowledge. I actually had a Cool Shit blog planned for 8/22. I was going to write it before I started watching another season of Dexter that afternoon. However Dexter won and I just put it in the DVD player and got consumed for 3 days of straight Dexter. It’s over now though and I await season 6 to begin in October so uuhhhhhhh, on with the cool shit.

There’s some new DLC for Fallout New Vegas coming your way in September. According to the Bethesda Blog: In Lonesome Road you are contacted by the original Courier Six, a man by the name of Ulysses who refused to deliver the Platinum Chip at the start of Fallout: New Vegas. Ulysses promises the answer as to why he didn’t take the job, but only if you make one last journey into the hurricane-swept canyons of the Divide, a landscape torn apart by earthquakes and violent storms. It’s up to you whether you take the job or not.
There’s also 2 more DLC packs coming. Courier’s Stash which was only previously available for pre-ordering New Vegas(way to keep incentives exclusive guys). It’s a bunch of weapons, outfits and other aids. It will be on Xbox LIVE for 160 Microsoft points and PlayStation Network and Steam for $1.99.
Also available will be Gun Runners’ Arsenal. It includes weapons, weapon mods, ammo types and crafting recipes. It will be on Xbox LIVE for 320 Microsoft points and PlayStation Network and Steam for $3.99.
Not only is this the 4th DLC pack(6th when you count the weapons packs in this blurb) from the game but pre-ordering gets you nothing exclusive anymore. You can just buy it a little later for $2. I really dislike DLC and have all but sworn off of it except for Mass Effect 2 and I only bought that DLC because I got it with free points I accumulated for using Bing. I was totally prepared to never play Arrival.

An update to a previous report on The Wolverine in where I said filming would begin this year. Now Deadline.com is reporting that Hugh Jackman is filming a musical adaptation of Les Miserables(wtf?) and filming most likely won’t start until his schedule is clear sometime in 2012. Filming in Japan is neither confirmed or denied at the moment. It depends on finding good locations where the weather cooperates.

Boner Bonus! Victoria Secret model Marisa Miller has joined the cast of the movie R.I.P.D. in a secondary role of unknown status yet. The Dark Horse comic R.I.P.D. is being adapted by Universal Pictures into a fantasy crime film focusing on a newly deceased cop (Ryan Reynolds) who’s drafted into a squad of zombie cops that battle the supernatural. Red’s Robert Schwentke directs, with Jeff Bridges co-starring as his partner. I don’t think I care what part Marisa is playing or if she can even act.
I played some Dirt 3(360) yesterday and it’s pretty fun even though there’s no way in hell I am getting Platinum medals on the Gymkata(or whatever) Tutorial(I got gold n a few) and drift races make me want to rage quit. I also started watching Dexter Season 1 last night. I’m only 2 episodes in and it’s already one of the best shows I ever watched. Anyway let’s see what kind of cool shit we can find today.

Red Hot Chili Peppers released a new video for their song The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie. Their new album, I’m With You comes out August 30th. Hospitality Pads were launched at the 2011 National Restaurant Association show in Chicago a few months ago in May. Shula’s Steak House is the first national steak house chain to launch the iPad wine lists which revolutionizes the wine experience while dining. Shula’s decided on the national roll-out of Hospitality Pads after successfully testing it in its Naples, Florida location.

Up and coming rapper Yelawolf has announced that he will release his debut full length studio album, Radioactive, on October 25th, 2011. Naughty Dog Community Manager Arne Meyer says that Uncharted 3 is currently too big for a 50GB PS3 Blu Ray disc. “Uncharted 2 barely made it to 25GB, while Naughty Dog is going over 50GB this time, for Uncharted 3. But in the end we’ll be under 50. We’ll be one disc.” What this means of course is that there will now be compressed audio and video to make it fit on one disc as well as the obvious content being held back for DLC purposes.
Ridley Scott who directed the now timeless classic Alien in 1979 and has recently gone back to that world again with the upcoming 3D Fox film Prometheus(in theaters June 8th, 2012 has committed to direct and produce a sequel/prequel/reboot/something of his other groundbreaking sci-fi film from 1982, Blade Runner. This is the only news available on the project at the moment. There is no script, no actors, no nothing. It’s just been confirmed that he has signed up to make this movie in the future.

The pricing is actually one of the reasons I never got satellite TV to begin with. The only thing on there I would want is the NFL package and it was too expensive just justify switching from Time Warner. I also didn’t include the Borderlands 2 teaser trailer because there’s no gameplay and really it was quite boring to watch. I rented Fight Night Champion(Ps3) and Dirt 3(360) but haven’t played them yet. I’ll probably get to them today. Don’t have anything going on for this Wednesday so hopefully this should be published before 8pm at night. I’ve never watched Dexter but I have all 5 seasons on DVD so I will probably start that today or tomorrow so I can be caught up for Season 6 when it starts in October(I think). Well let’s get on with it right? Right.

Loud mouthed but talented Wide Receiver Chad Ochocinco from the Cincinnati Bengals is now a New England Patriot. Ochodinko has been silent on the field the past few years while stuck on a mediocre Bengals team and there’s no telling what his numbers could be this year with Tom Brady throwing him the ball. I expect he will just shut his primadonna mouth and play football because he has a chance to win on this team. I hate the Patriots(go Steelers!) but they have a great coach(cheater!) and a great quarterback(fag!) that can get the ball in his hands.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, which has been available on the 360’s XBLA since August 2010 is finally making its way to Sony PS3’s PSN in September. It’s the first multiplayer Castlevania game on consoles and you can team with up to 6 players and race through these crazy levels based on levels from past games of the series. Your goal being to defeat the boss of the level as quickly as possible and pick up some rare loot drops along the way. It’s kind of reminiscent of a Diablo grindfest in a way and it’s pretty fun. The PSN will have some new features like four player split screen and six player online. You’ll also get the Beauty, Desire, Situation Desire pyramid map with the game which was paid DLC on the Xbox 360. Konami didn’t give a release date other than September.
Nintendo’s Wii console is getting a redesign and being dubbed Wii Family Edition. The new Wii won’t play GameCube games anymore but does come packed with Wii Sports and Wii Party and will also now lay horizontal instead of vertical so it will make it natural to use as a coaster while you wait for Skyward Sword to finally be released and play all the cool games coming out for the PS3 and 360 this fall. I also think they made a mistake by not having a new cool name like the Wii-U. For instance they could have called it Wii-Gnu(pronounced new) and given away a Wildebeest with every purchase. No price announced at time of publishing and it’s only been announced for the UK so far.
Harry Potter 8: The Woman in Black brings us those kooky Hogwart kids once again with even more wacky hijinks as Harry and friends get sent off to the past and to save the future from a new evil, a Woman in Black. It comes out February 3rd 2012.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, the new action RPG and brainchild of ex MLB pitcher Curt Schilling is being released February 10th 2012.
EA is developing a new Fifa Street game that will be powered by the FIFA gameplay engine, and introduces Street Ball Control. FIFA Street will have an arsenal of street dribbling styles and trick moves that ignite the one-on-one battles within matches. For the first time ever, you will be able to utilize aerial skills to maneuver past opponents, an all-new sophisticated one-touch passing system for quick, precision passes, and over 50 never-before-experienced skill moves.
Electronic Arts has announced plans to acquire another indie game dev, this time it’s Canada-based Bight Games who mainly develops freemium mobile games. The studio is perhaps best known for iPhone and iPad hit Trade Nations, which recently launched on Facebook too. . “The freemium game model in mobile is here to stay, and it’s growing fast,” said EA Interactive head Barry Cottle. “The Bight team will help us to bring more freemium games to our chart-topping lineup of mobile titles this year.” I think that’s it for EA today!
Ea and Funcom announced that the Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMO), The Secret World will be released for the PC in April 2012. Starting on August 26th though, gamers can register to join the upcoming betas, through a unique interactive social media campaign that will be available on www.thesecretworld.com.
Imagine a world where secret societies pull the strings of kings and presidents, where vampires are more than just a Hollywood fantasy, and where all the myths, legends and conspiracies are true. The Secret World is an MMO that breaks free from the confinements of character classes and levels and allows players to explore real-world locations with an engrossing storyline. “It has never been more rewarding working on The Secret World than it is now,” says Senior Producer and Creative Director Ragnar Tørnquist. “The progress we are making in development allows the whole team to really enjoy just playing the game for hours on end. One of the (many) shots floating around the web of Chris Evans in his stupid looking Captain America outfit on the set in Cleveland. I am hoping they will modernize the suit once Cap gets thawed out and starts leading The Avengers. Or at least I hope they do.
MMO publisher NCsoft revealed their upcoming MMO WildStar which will be a sci-fi adventure with designs according to art director Matt Mocarski are inspired by “animated films such as Atlantis, The Secret of Nimh, and Princess Mononoke,” anime series like “Naruto and Full Metal Alchemist” and “comics such as Hellboy, Battle Chasers, and Tank Girl.” WildStar will have four classes, Explorers, Soldiers, Scientists and Settlers and boasts a future fantasy style adventure. You can sign up for the beta at the official WildStar website. While of course that trailer is cinematic and no indication of gameplay it was a lot of fun to watch and had me laughing a few times.

Plus it’s a little after 12pm here in New York and if I publish this now and I can get some other important stuff done today like exercising, Smoothie Time and Beer on the Balcony while reading the latest Fangoria. It’s Tuesday and that means it’s new movie day. Not a lot coming out but I watch anything so it doesn’t matter. Tuesday is also the day I get caught up on a weeks worth of TV shows so I will be busy sitting in front of the TV ALL DAY! Hooray! We got Gamescom this week so this might be dominated by videogame shit but we’ll see.
Nintendo who is never lacking for blockbuster news about brand new games for their consoles has just revealed that four new titles are going to be part of the budget Nintendo Selects line for the Wii. Super Paper Mario, Mario Strikers Charged, Punch-Out!!, and Super Mario Galaxy. Oh wait, those are old games again because Nintendo is out of ideas. If you haven’t played the games yet though the prices will be $19.99 each starting on August 28th, 2011 which is a good deal for those wacky Nintendards.

I haven’t been keeping tabs on any news about a remake of The crow because the entire idea disgusts me. Brandon Lee literally gave his life for this role and Hollywood trying to remake this is like pissing on his grave. Apparently Bradley Cooper had signed on for the lead role but thankfully has dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately Mark Wahlberg and Channing Tatum are two other names that have been thrown in the ring for the part of Eric Draven. Fuck you Hollywood. Fuck you.
From the lips of Greg Miller over at IGN.com comes news of a new PSP model. During Sony’s press conference at Gamescom they revealed that it would be compatible with the entire catalog of PSP games and only cost £99 Euros! It will also only be available in the UK and will have no Wi-Fi…..Wait what?

Microsoft announced today some new features that will be coming to the Xbox LIVE gaming section of the Windows Phone. Windows Phone? Who gives a shit.
Alright here we go. Most likely the last bit of info on the Star Wars coins. There are two pure-silver full-color sets of $2 coins, including a $391.62 (plus shipping) Darth Vader and Millennium Falcon collection in a limited mintage of 7,500. The Darth Vader series includes Vader himself, Emperor Palpatine, the Death Star, and Stormtrooper coins. Not only that but the coins come in a special Darth Vader helmet case and actually plays the iconic sound of his respirator breathing when you open it.
The Millennium Falcon set comes with Luke Skywalker/Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi/Yoda, R2-D2/C-3PO, and Han Solo/Chewbacca. In addition, it also comes in a cool Millennium Falcon case that plays the sound of hyperspace when opening it.
$391.62 is a lot of money but don’t fret because there’s more. A set of 10 coin designs, including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, R2-D2, C-3PO, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, and Emperor Palpatine. An additional 30 coins will join the collection later on and consist of other characters from Star Wars. This collection is silver plated and limited to 50,000 of each coin and can be pre-ordered for $19.57 plus tax.

Yes. This is Battlefield 3 and it looks amazing. Uhhhh Jet gameplay?? Holy fucking shit! This is insanity! Not only does it look brilliant but if you pre-order the PC version from EA’s online store, Origin, you get your choice of one of three games. Medal of Honor, Dead Space 2 or Mass Effect 2. That’s a pretty cool deal and it is running from now until the end of August so get on that if you’re interested. As of now Battlefield 3 will not be available for purchase on Steam.
A report is saying that UFC and Fox have agreed to a deal for seven to eight years that would start in 2012. Spike TV has been carrying the UFC non pay per view fights since 2005 and these shows would be moved to Fox with this deal.
Here’s a Tweet from Hideo Kojima of a figurine of the Jehuty Orbital Frame from the Zone of the Enders games and behind it we can clearly see ZOE 3DS. Kojima’s text along with the picture said “Found this at Omori-kun’s desk. What’s this?”. It’s either Zone of Enders 3(DS) or it’s another port of an old game headed to Nintendo’s latest handheld. Sony announced a price cut to the PS3, taking it from $299 down to to $249. I still feel sorry for people who rushed out and paid $600 for this at launch. If you would have waited until now you could have bought a PS3 and 6 games to go along with it for $610. I don’t really feel sorry for them. Suckers.

Shannon Justison is a CG Artist and someone found an interesting little tidbit on her Linkedin profile. She listed “Resident Evil 6 Cinematics” as being a project that she has worked on starting back in 2009 and production is still underway. She just so happens to work for a film company named Third Floor who coincidentally produced cut scenes for Capcom’s Resident Evil 5. GamesCom is just a few days away so maybe we’ll hear something more then.
DC is going gay! Amidst this ridiculous relaunch of 52 titles from the DC Universe is coming Jewish lesbian ass kicker Kate Kane, AKA Batwoman. A new Batwoman series was supposed to start in April but they held off to include it with the new 52 coming in September(August 31st). Other queers you’ll see are Apollo and Midnighter, a gay couple from the Wildstorm Universe who will be redone and introduced to the DC universe. Lastly you’ll be seeing Voodoo who is also from the Wildstorm Universe being rewritten as a bisexual and introduced into the DC Universe. Lot’s of gay stuff going on over at DC, like a Green Lantern movie sequel with that homo Ryan Reynolds but the good news in all of this is that at least with Voodoo I still have a shot because she is only half gay!

Milla Jovovich stars in a new thriller, Faces in the Crowd, set to hit theaters in October where she plays an elementary school teacher who witnesses a serial killers most recent attack. She survives the incident but receives an injury that leaves her unable to recognize faces, even those of her family and friends. I assure you that after viewing this trailer there really is no point in going to see this movie as they pretty much just reveal everything except how she received this form of amnesia.
